Fifty days of dedicated practice as a countdown to my fiftieth Birthday. I loved it so much I kept going for nine months straight, and still practice regularly. It carried me through some really tough times. So grateful!

Contemplative Practices

Contemplative practices are non-negotiable for me. I need to feel grounded, centered, whole, at peace – that is when I trust my inner guidance. whatever it takes to land here is worth the time and effort, even radical breathing exercises, a daily cold shower, and yes, even an ice bath!
